That’s why we’ve designed our program around action-based sessions. Each month, we’ll be working on a different priority area of your life so that by the end of the year, you’ll have made real progress on your overall goal-no matter what it may be.
We’ll spend 4 hour together each month for 6 months in order to:
- Evaluate your overall goal for the session and identify the priority area for this month’s focus
- Review where you left off last time and create action steps for this month
- Review your previous action steps and evaluate how far along you are with this month’s priority area (and whether or not more support is needed)
- Create a new 4 week action plan with accountability built in if necessary.
