That’s why we’ve designed our program around action-based sessions. Each month, we’ll be working on a different priority area of your life so that by the end of the year, you’ll have made real progress on your overall goal-no matter what it may be.

We’ll spend 4 hour together each month for 6 months in order to:

  1. Evaluate your overall goal for the session and identify the priority area for this month’s focus
  2. Review where you left off last time and create action steps for this month
  3. Review your previous action steps and evaluate how far along you are with this month’s priority area (and whether or not more support is needed)
  4. Create a new 4 week action plan with accountability built in if necessary.
