Once upon a time, there was a butterfly struggling to emerge from its cocoon.

 Its wings were weak and it couldn’t seem to break free. 

A kind passerby saw the butterfly’s struggle and decided to help by gently tearing the cocoon open. 

The butterfly emerged, but its wings were still weak and it could barely fly.

 You see, the struggle of breaking free from the cocoon was essential for the butterfly’s wings to develop the strength they needed to fly. 

Without that struggle, the butterfly was not fully prepared for what lay ahead.

In the same way, many of us struggle with stress, anxiety, and self-care. We want to break free from the cocoon of our problems, but we don’t always know how to do it. 

We may turn to quick fixes or rely on others to help us, but in the end, we are not fully prepared to handle what comes our way.

Just like the butterfly in the story, they emerge from their cocoons weak and unprepared.
