Relationships

Relationships are a very important part of our lives. They can bring great joy and happiness, but they can also be the source of great stress and pain. This article will discuss some common relationship problems and how PSYCH-K can help you solve them.

Relationships – The Good, The Bad and the Ugly

Relationship are a reflection of how you feel about yourself, other people and the world. You can have great relationships because you feel good about yourself, others and the world. Or, it’s possible that your relationship might be in trouble because you don’t love yourself or others as much as you could or should.

Relationships are an important part of life that can enrich our lives immeasurably if we take time to develop them properly. They not only provide us with joy but also give us an opportunity to learn more about ourselves and connect with others on deeper levels than just meeting them at work or school each day for brief periods of time before continuing on our separate journeys through life.

A relationship with a person is a reflection of your relationship with yourself

Your relationship with yourself is the foundation for all your other relationships. When you look in the mirror, do you see yourself as a person of value? If not, it’s time to take some time for some self-love and healing. And don’t be surprised if that means spending some quality time alone—no one can make you love yourself if you’re not ready or willing to do so.

In order to have healthy relationships with others, first work on having a healthy relationship with yourself!

If this sounds scary or overwhelming—don’t worry! We’re all just figuring out our lives right now; there’s no rush! Start by taking small steps toward loving who YOU are today: maybe that means saying “no” when someone asks a favor of you instead of always saying “yes,” or maybe it means telling people how grateful YOU are when they do something nice for YOU (instead of expecting them to know).

*The beliefs that you hold about yourself and the world are stored in the subconscious mind.

  • The beliefs that you hold about yourself and the world are stored in the subconscious mind, or the “computer” as some people call it.

  • The subconscious mind is like a computer because it can only do what you have programmed it to do. If you have not been taught how to program your subconscious mind properly, then it will create problems for you throughout your life because of its programming errors (i.e., unhelpful beliefs).

  • For example, if someone has been told by their parents that they are stupid or worthless when growing up and this information was stored in their subconscious mind as true, then they will behave accordingly—they will act stupidly or be worthless; however, if a person is told that they are intelligent and valuable when growing up—and this information was stored in their subconscious mind as true—then they will behave accordingly: They’ll act intelligently and be valuable!

*These beliefs that you have created throughout your lifetime, affects how you behave in your relationships.

The beliefs you have created throughout your lifetime are stored in the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is like a computer that can only process one belief at a time. If you have a negative belief about yourself, then the subconscious mind will create sabotaging behavior to keep you from getting close to anyone and make sure that no one else gets close to you either!

The way this works is simple: when we meet someone new, our minds automatically go into auto-pilot mode and try to find ways to protect us from getting hurt again or rejected by other people. This means that if I am feeling insecure about myself or rejected from my past relationships (or any other reason), then my subconscious mind will try anything it can think of—even self-sabotage!

Relationship Problems

  • A strong relationship with yourself is important to have in order to have a healthy relationship with the person you are in a relationship with.

  • If you do not have a strong relationship with yourself, then it is harder for you to be able to work out problems that come up in your relationships with others.

  • Having a good relationship with family and friends can help support your own personal growth and development as well as being there for them when they need help or support themselves
